THE ROLE OF YOUNG WRITERS IN OUR SOCIETY

Youth is the bright hope of the tomorrow they are called the shining stars because they carry the passion, the thirst and the greed to grow. If they unite, they can move the mountains. In Pakistan, 60% of the total population comprises of youth as stated by Islamabad Policy Research Institute. They hold the responsibility to either uplift or demoralize a nation; they can be change makers by being a true patriot to the country.

Words have the power to influence minds and writing is a form of communication with which you can express your thoughts, recreate history, write stories, prompts the wrongdoers and much more. Like in the past ALLAMA IQBAL did by rising Muslims from the dark and illuminating them with the light of guidance.

Young writers in the society are as important as teachers to the educational institutions, with their writings they can teach the nation and make them realize their role in the progress and the development of the society. We still remember the novels penned by Umera Ahmed because of her realistic way of writing stories and conveying messages with every single story. Youth are the future of tomorrow so what they do in the present they create examples to be followed by the next generation.

Societies nowadays have left their norms and values; they forget the duties they need to serve, for example: if we look upon the wedding ceremonies these days we will find it completely against Islamic laws and principles. People spent extravagantly to make their events “talk of the town”. Here the writers can play an important role by alarming them and leading towards the right path. Young writers have the power to create the society where love and peace belong to everyone, where humanity is served even by the youngest, where the next door neighbour doesn't sleep starving and where the women are respected instead of being judged and criticized. But, to form an ideal society writer need to show consistent efforts because it’s not possible in a day or two.

Shedding light on the role of young writers in our society is important because they are capable of moulding the nation in the right direction. With the power of their words they can inspire people and motivate them, they can share their knowledge and write fiction stories. No one is going to stay here forever, but the good things we plant will stay forever like a good piece of writing or a book that gives knowledge to the society or teaches them.

Today’s world has grown small because technology has bridged the gaps in between. There are numerous platforms where you can write and let your voice be heard by everyone. Back in the days before the invention of Internet sharing knowledge was not easy as it's today. People have to make efforts to make themselves heard.

THE IMPACT OF TEACHER’S SELF- EFFICACY ON STUDENT’S MOTIVATION AND ACHIEVEMENT

Overview of the Study: Teaching is not only a challenge but it is also emotionally and socially demanding. To meet the different challenges it is needed to regulate the different ways to engage and develop the different ways cope with such challenges by working constantly. With the growing diversity of students in classrooms today and higher standards of accountability, teachers may find their job even more demanding. Manytimes, it has been seen that the teachers of at-risk students feel that they have even more pressure on them. There are many teachers who feel unprepared to teach students from diverse backgrounds(Tucker et. al., 2005). They start to believe that they cannot truly make a difference in theacademic lives of these students. This perception negates to the beliefs of self-efficacy theory. Self-efficacy is defined by Bandura (1997) as the belief one has in his/her abilities to perform a task and to achieve the desired results. Teachers must have a sense of high self-efficac
