EDUCATION TO BUILD A BETTER FUTURE FOR ALL

“Change for a change” We have heard this several times, but how many of us have followed this thing? Have we all tried changing? We need to think for this. Education is the biggest tool through which we can bring a vast change, through which we can rule the world, conquer the hidden philosophies of nature, know the meaning of life, in summary, we can know about anything if we are educated.

An ideal education system is the one which doesn’t only teach us skills about the relevant field but also builds up character, makes us strong and builds us morally. An ideal education system is the one which teaches us basic principles of life along with practical learning that is discipline, ability to grow, justice, honesty, dedication, equality. It will take a long to build an ideal education system for the world but once it is designed it will create future leaders for the country.

Education just not build our career but it teaches us the difference between right and the wrong, what should be adopted and what should be eliminated from the society. Without Education, you may have a living but with education, you will have a standard of living, you will be confident on yourself, you will like to interact with people moreover, you will have a personality and people will like talking to you.

My idea of an ideal education system is the one which is just not limited to course books and curriculum it’s like opening your eyes to the whole world opening your eyes to the current affairs of the world, what causes them to occur what are the remedies. Mostly when people are asked about education they just regard it as skills learning of the relevant field, getting good grades, they are burdened with books, they have to memorize it and pass the examination. An ideal education system should not have examinations in it, instead of examinations students should be given a task to perform and they should be given grades on how well they perform a task.
An ideal education system is not only for students but for teachers too. A teacher should also be trained in such a way that they teach according to the need of the students, how he grasp the knowledge of the certain subject if he is facing difficulties in acquiring knowledge a teacher must know how to address it.

An ideal education system must have the following factors:

1) Leadership Training:
It is very important for an individual. A student must own himself he should be positive and he should leave the positive impact wherever he goes. Most of the schools just neglect this factor. According to me, this is the main factor which should be the focus on.

2) Cultural Education:
It is another big form of education. A student should know the traditions and culture to he/she belongs and he must follow that culture. The school should strictly make a student learn his culture. Most of the schools just give presentations on the topic. They don’t offer practical demonstrations. A teacher should teach student by showing them clearly the input and output of the relevant topic.

3) Practical Learning:
It remains in our mind whereas rote learning is just a temporary way to acquire knowledge. A student must be provided with a platform where they should meet people with different cultures, they should have open discussions with each other. This is a great example of social interaction.

4) Skills Training:
Last but not the least skills training are important as well. A student’s concept should be clear about what he is learning and how it will benefit him.

“Intelligence plus character-that is the goal of true education.” ― Martin Luther King Jr.

An ideal education system is the one which is not gendered biased and is equal for everyone. If we focus on bringing an ideal education system I can guarantee we can bring a huge positive change all across the world. We just need to stand up & unite to bring up an ideal education system so we can build a better future for all.

THE ROLE OF YOUNG WRITERS IN OUR SOCIETY

Youth is the bright hope of the tomorrow they are called the shining stars because they carry the passion, the thirst and the greed to grow. If they unite, they can move the mountains. In Pakistan, 60% of the total population comprises of youth as stated by Islamabad Policy Research Institute . They hold the responsibility to either uplift or demoralize a nation; they can be change makers by being a true patriot to the country. Words have the power to influence minds and writing is a form of communication with which you can express your thoughts, recreate history, write stories, prompts the wrongdoers and much more. Like in the past ALLAMA IQBAL did by rising Muslims from the dark and illuminating them with the light of guidance. THE IMPACT OF TEACHER’S SELF- EFFICACY ON STUDENT’S MOTIVATION AND ACHIEVEMENT

Overview of the Study: Teaching is not only a challenge but it is also emotionally and socially demanding. To meet the different challenges it is needed to regulate the different ways to engage and develop the different ways cope with such challenges by working constantly. With the growing diversity of students in classrooms today and higher standards of accountability, teachers may find their job even more demanding. Manytimes, it has been seen that the teachers of at-risk students feel that they have even more pressure on them. There are many teachers who feel unprepared to teach students from diverse backgrounds(Tucker et. al., 2005). They start to believe that they cannot truly make a difference in theacademic lives of these students. This perception negates to the beliefs of self-efficacy theory. Self-efficacy is defined by Bandura (1997) as the belief one has in his/her abilities to perform a task and to achieve the desired results. Teachers must have a sense of high self-efficac
